About this blog

Seriously, what’s going on here?

This a blog in pictorial form. Maybe it’s a webcomic? I’m not sure. This is my first attempt at blogging so I guess I’ll figure it out as I go. I’ve been living with depression for several years now and I still haven’t figured that out.

I got into comics late, but immediately fell in love.  I started trying to use comics to express myself when I got frustrated that I couldn’t say what I really meant just using words. I showed some of my drawings to my therapist and she suggested I share them online. Finding other people’s stories on the internet has helped me a lot, so now I’m posting mine.

  1. You are doing a great thing here. Many people suffer from depression and I really love how you express yourself – brutally honest yet comical at the same time. It made me smile and I know at one time or another I’ve felt this way too. Maybe it’s part of being an artist. We are probably more sensitive than others. I’ll be stopping by again!

  2. That is really cool. I also feel like art and writing can help me understand my own thoughts and feelings better. The fact that you can put serious stuff into comics is amazing to me, since I only create little puns or silly things. So, tuesday it is then, for the both of us! I’ll be following you as well now, to see what you are up to.
